Workout Like the Pros

I am not specifically a football fan. I am, however, still an American and being a fitness professional, I naturally gravitate toward and notice all things athletic. I cannot help but appreciate the team-oriented sentiment that accompanies football season and admire the speed, strength, and agility it takes to be a professional athlete. When I'm doing cardio, the sight of an adrenaline-laden athlete mid-play motivates me. I think we all love it! That's how it became the industry it is today.

Stretching

People often undervalue the importance of stretching. If you are intimidated by starting an exercise program, but are motivated to start improving your fitness level, working on your mobility is the next natural step. It will balance out the use of your muscles in daily activity. When you are ready to fully commit to a healthy lifestyle, your body will be primed for it!
